Terms and Conditions

  1. INDEMNITY: It is mandatory that all guests will be required to sign an Indemnity Form on arrival.
  2. PAYMENT POLICY: Upon confirmation of a booking, an invoice will be presented with banking details. PLEASE USE INVOICE NUMBER AS BENEFICIARY REFERENCE
  3. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a booking is cancelled or amended, the following fees will apply:
    • Full payment must be effected at least 30 days prior to travel unless by special arrangement.
    • Cancellation 8 plus weeks prior to arrival – no cancellation fee
    • Cancellation 6 – 8 weeks prior to arrival 25% of the full amount will be retained / charged.
    • Cancellation 4 – 6 weeks prior to arrival 40% of the full amount will be retained / charged.
    • Cancellation 2 – 4 weeks prior to arrival 60% of the full amountwill be retained / charged.
    • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival & no shows – 100% of rate will be retained/charged.
  4. TRAVEL INSURANCE: All guests are expected to have personal travel insurance.
  5. MEDICAL & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please advise in advance of any medical or dietary requirements.
  6. SINGLE OCCUPANCY: No single supplement up to 1 single room per booking; thereafter 50% single supplement.
  7. CHILDREN POLICY: Infant to 3 yrs FOC, 4 – 11 yrs 30%, 12-16 yrs 50%, 17 yrs & over considered adults.
    8. ENTRY VISA: Please note it is the agent / guest responsibility to ensure guests have valid travel documents.
